The above rates includes outside storage for trailer/cradle/stands while boat is in the water, and outside storage for boat and trailer/cradle/stands during the winter months. There is an additional $350 fee for boats remaining in the water during the winter months (Nov. 20th to March 1st). The rates include water & electricity for all slips. There are also showers, pump-out station, as well as a ‘party deck’ for sailboat slip customers to use. No charcoal or gas grills allowed on docks. All rules and regulations set forth by Marina and Corp of Engineers must be followed
